I am really surprised that I do not know who these people are but I think they might be like seat fillers but for the red carpet, you know they need to look like they could be famous, maybe they are standing in for like P Diddy or something...

Yep thats definetly Amy Whitehouse, shes a pretty big music start over here in the UK. Also she is rather harshly becoming known as a 'chick with a dick', because of the way she looks and she has a very manly voice.
