And his "childrens do learn" comment is even more funny when you remember that years ago, when he was launching this whole NCLB initiative, he opened with the question: "I ask you, is our childrens learning?"

It's genuinely tempting to think of George W. Bush as an idiot, but doing so would be dangerous. By allowing people to think of him as braindead, W. has got away with the most outrageous lies.
So what's it called if during war you criticize the President for any reason?
